 THELI - glossary

.. glossary::

   MAINDIR
        Maindirectory (or Masterdirectory). The root of the directory
        hierarchy for your imaging data.

   REDUCEDIR 
        The directory which contains all THELI scripts and
        configuration files.  All processing steps are launched
        here. See also :ref:`THELI_reducedir`.

   THELIDIR
        The directory with the THELI source files. Typically
        this is :file:`{dir}/theli-{x}.{x}.{x}`.
